Post your system info from the "About" tab in the config window, and whether this is a purchased or free trial copy of wb.

What is your screen resolution and DPI set at?

Does it move if you use page up / page down on your keyboard?

You know what? I absolutely HATE that awful scroll bar in the WB Config. I thought it was a temporary measure when the new UI came out.

Whatever happened to having a good, solid, always visible scroll bar with a nice button at each end for clicking on?

I have so many skins that the scroll handle is paper thin and it's a real pain trying to grab it!!

Please put it back how it was, or at the very least make it always visible!!!

Rant over.................

I used to hate it too, but then I started using the scroll button on my mouse to go left or right - then - I discovered that you can grab anywhere on that screen and throw it in either direction, I always thought you had to grab the tiny scroll bar!

I have to agree with BoXXi...the scroll bar can use some work.

If it helps, you can click on the skins in the window above the scroll bar and drag, instead of using the scroll bar.

I cast my vote w/BoXXi and Cars....but where's the guy with the problem?

Seems he isn't involved much here.

There are many ways to scroll the list in WindowBlinds 7.

1) The keyboard up / down / left / right arrows

2) The keyboard page up / down buttons

3) A wheel mouse

4) Clicking & dragging on the bottom 15 or so pixels in line with the bar that appears.  You do NOT have to select the bar itself so the fact it becomes smaller with more skins isn't an issue.  The only thing that matters is the vertical position.

5) Clicking and dragging on the area thats above the stars in the list.  This drags the list and if you do quick throws of it the list will scroll.

Why is the scrollbar not showing until mouseover a problem?  You can't scroll it using the mouse unless you are over the control anyway and hiding it away keeps the UI clean.

Titan did you try this

Philly0381
What is your screen resolution and DPI set at?

DPI

that was what I had a Problem with if you set it higher or lower the 100% Default in Win 7 it will mess stuff up and not only WB

FIXes for NEIL Banfield

Thanks guys the keyboard shortcuts work.

Scrollbar shouldn't be an issue.  All WB does is simply overlay new textures mainly, adding transparency where needed... (the original window dimensions in terms of menubar, title bar, scrollbar, etc. are unchanged.  There may be a couple exceptions, but the majority of themes I tried with the free trial were like that)

Greg: We meant the scrollbar in the WindowBlinds Configuration window.... the one that scrolls the skins left and right.

(and i STILL don't like it!!)

titan... just a small thought: Are your drivers updated? This probably isn't the problem, but try taking a look.
